SUMMER ONLY:  FREE REGISTRATION FEE

FALL, WINTER AND SPRING-NEW STUDENTS- *one time registration fee of $18.00: (for all new students to Musical Munchkins enrolling for the first time in our classes- siblings registered in the same class pay only one fee, siblings registered in different classes pay only $25.00- This is a one time fee for as long as you are registered in our program.

PAYMENT arrangements:  We would like everybody to participate in our wonderful musical programs, so if  you would like to discuss the possibility of  other financial arrangements, please call our office and we will be happy to work with you.
SCHOLARSHIPS: We also offer some partial and full scholarships.  You can email us at munchkns@frontiernet.net and we will email you an application or call us at 895-1387 and we will mail you an application.  Scholarships are awarded at the discretion of the director.

terms of registration-  Please go to Policies and guidelines. Please read and then sign below.

1 .REGISTRAITON FEE- All new students pay a one time registration fee of $18.00 .   Registration fee is FREE for all new students enrolled in our summer session.   . If you are registering more than one child in the same class you pay only the one fee of $18.00.    If you are registering 2 or more children in  different classes that are new to our program, you pay a one time fee of $25.00.There are no Subsequent fees in other semesters. 2.  REFUNDS AND CREDITS  Refunds or credits can only be issued before class has started and with written notification only. . Credits are issued only in extenuating circumstances. Registration fees are non-refundable and will be deducted from your tuition .If we should cancel due to insufficient enrollment a full refund  of tuition and registration fee  will be issued. * We reserve the right to cancel any class with insufficient enrollment.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                             3.  RETURNED CHECKS- There will be a $15.00 fee charged to your account f or any returned checks for insufficient funds.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                     4.   REGISTRATION- Registration  is on a first come first serve basis along with Your tuition payment Classes tend to fill up quickly, so please register early in order to get your first choice. A full refund will be issued.                                                                                                                                  5.  CONFIRMATION:  Please call or e-mail us to confirm your registration and exact start date.  Please go to our class calendar located on our website: www.musicalmunchkins.net.   You will be notified only if you have not received your first choice, or in the case of a class cancellation of time change.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                   6. CLASS CANCELLATIONS:  Classes may be cancelled due to teacher illness or inclement weather.  For snow closings, log onto our website: www.musicalmunchkins.net  You can also call the office after 8:00 am for a recorded announcement.  If schools in your location are closed we usually will be as well, however,  if schools in you location are delayed, please call as we often will still meet.  We will make every effort to reschedule lost classes at the end of the session. Please check calendars for scheduled makeups.
7. MAKE-UPS:
  If you miss one of your weekly classes you may call to reserve a place in another class as long as space permits.  Please call the office at 895-1387 the evening before to schedule a make-up.     Please understand that our class sizes are limited, and we cannot guarantee make-up availability in every situation.         Make-ups must be taken within the semester and may not be carried over to the following session. 
8. ILLNESS:
If you or your child is sick please refrain from attending classes in order to insure the well being of all of our families.  If your children or yourself have been exposed to a contagious ailment, please notify the office immediately so that we can inform the rest of the parents in class.     We wash instruments and props, but I highly encourage you to wash hands before and after class or use antiseptic wipes.                   9. SIBLINGS: If you are enrolled in a class with your 1, 2 or 3 year old , you may bring a small baby to class.  However, once the baby begins toddling and becomes an active member of class other arrangements willl need to be met.  You will find that your older child needs your full attention in class.  If you cannot find a sitter we ask that you consider our family and friends class if offered or speak to me about the options available in enrolling your Child in your current class.   I understand that with school closings and  holidays, you may need to bring your older child on occasion.  This is permitted.  However, we ask that you enroll them in the class if they will be coming every week.                                      10. PRO-RATE:  If you are joining late , we will be happy to pro-rate your tuition after the 2nd class as long as there is room.    You can make up classes that  have been missed  in any of our locations.

For  Saturday  classes  -at the New Windsor Recreation Dept . (fall, winter , spring classes only- no classes offered in summer in this location) you must register by calling  them at  565-7750  or going to their website at  www.nwrecisfun.com or you can email Matt Veronesi at mveronesi@town.new-windsor.ny.us..     Please do not send registrations or fees to Musical Munchkins.  They accept credit cards, cash or checks.  Thank you.
